GEM Enviro Management has agreed to acquire a 75% stake in Novuscom Neo for ₹30 lakh, while its shares trade 0.73% higher.

Mumbai, September 16: GEM Enviro Management Limited has entered into a Share Subscription Agreement with Novuscom Neo Private Limited to acquire a 75% stake in the company for ₹30 lakh.
The transaction was disclosed to the stock exchanges on September 16, 2026. Once the investment is completed, Novuscom Neo will become a subsidiary of GEM Enviro Management.
GEM Enviro To Invest ₹30 Lakh In Novuscom Neo
According to the regulatory filing, GEM Enviro will subscribe to 30,000 equity shares and 27,000 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) of Novuscom Neo.
Both securities carry a face value and issue price of ₹10 each. The total subscription consideration will be ₹30 lakh, giving GEM Enviro a 75% holding in Novuscom Neo.
The company stated that the transaction is not a related-party transaction. It also clarified that the promoters or promoter group do not have any interest in Novuscom Neo.
