Genxai Analytics IPO Day 1 Subscription Status: Subscribed 0.04x So Far

Mumbai, June 5: Genxai Analytics’ initial public offering opened for bidding on Friday and drew a modest response from investors during the early hours of Day 1.
The SME issue, which seeks to raise ₹54.84 crore through a fresh issue of 44.88 lakh shares, will remain open for subscription until June 9, 2026. Shares are being offered in a price band of ₹110 to ₹116 apiece and are proposed to be listed on the NSE SME platform.
The minimum application size has been fixed at 1,200 shares.
A PTI report said that the company on Thursday raised Rs 15 crore from anchor investors ahead of its initial public offering (IPO). The company allotted 12.92 lakh equity shares to 11 anchor investors, including at Rs 116 apiece, the upper end of the price band, garnering Rs 14.99 crore, according to a filing with the NSE.
Navbharat Investment Trust, Mint Focused Growth Fund PCC-Cell 1, Wealth Wave Capital Fund, Astratinvest Quant Long Short Fund, and 1008 Bharat Growth Fund-I, among others, participated in the anchor round.

Investor participation remained limited in the first few hours of bidding.
According to exchange data available at 11:00 AM on June 5, 2026, the Genxai Analytics IPO had been subscribed 0.04 times overall. Retail investors accounted for the bulk of demand, while the qualified institutional buyers’ segment had yet to receive bids.

Retail investors showed the highest level of interest among the categories tracked, although demand remained below full subscription. The NII segment also recorded bids, while the QIB portion was yet to see participation as of the reported time.
