Globe Civil Projects IPO to Open on June 24; Price Band Set at ₹67-71 Per Share

New Delhi, June 17-Globe Civil Projects Ltd, a civil construction and infrastructure development firm, has announced the price band for its upcoming initial public offering (IPO), which is set between ₹67 and ₹71 per equity share.

Subscriptions for the IPO will open on June 24, 2025, and close on June 26, 2025. The issue comprises a completely fresh issuance of up to 1,67,60,560 equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each. At the upper end of the price band, the company aims to raise approximately ₹119 crore.

The shares are intended to be listed on both BSE and NSE.

Fund Utilisation Breakdown

According to the company’s statement, the proceeds from the IPO will be allocated as follows:

• ₹75 crore for working capital needs
• ₹14.26 crore for capital expenditure on construction equipment and machinery
• The remaining amount will cover general corporate purposes and expenses related to the issue.

Financial and Operational Highlights

Globe Civil Projects recorded nine monthly reports that ended on December 31, 2024

• Revenue from operations: ₹254.65 crore
• Profit after tax: ₹17.78 crore

With a rich performance history covering 37 projects over the last 20 years, the company currently manages 13 active projects across all infrastructure sectors in India.

As of March 31, 2025, the consolidated order book stood at ₹669.10 crore, providing a healthy balance of in-hand and anticipated work.
