GRE Renew Enertech IPO Opens Today; Price Range Between ₹100 to ₹105 Per Share

Mumbai, 13 January 2026: GRE Renew Enertech IPO opened for subscription today, 13 January 2026, and the subscription will remain open until 16 January 2026. The book build issue IPO comprises entirely a fresh issue of 0.38 crore shares, with no offer for sale component
GRE Renew Enertech Limited operates in solar energy solutions and LED lighting, offering ground-mounted solar applications and indoor and outdoor LED lighting products. The company follows both the CAPEX (EPC) model, in which customers fund systems and the company provides turnkey engineering and commissioning, and the RESCO model, where͏ the company owns rooftop assets and earns annuity income. Its ser͏vices͏ include EPC solutions, on-grid rooftop systems, hybrid solar solutions and also high efficiency PV modules for diverse applications.
Price Band Set at ₹100 to ₹105 Per Share
The GRE Renew Enertech IPO is a book build issue of ₹39.56 crores. The issue is entirely a fresh issue of 0.38 crore shares of ₹39.56 crore.
The GRE Renew Enertech IPO bidding opened for subscription today, January 13, 2026, and will close on January 16, 2026. The allotment for the GRE Renew Enertech IPO is expected to be finalized on January 19, 2026. The shares will list on BSE SME with a tentative listing date fixed as January 21, 2026.
The GRE Renew Enertech IPO price band is set at ₹100 to ₹105 per share. The lot size for an application is 1,200. The minimum amount of investment required by an individual investor (retail) is ₹2,52,000 (2,400 shares) (based on upper price). The minimum lot size for investment in HNI is 3 lots (3,600 shares), amounting to ₹3,78,000.
Share India Capital Services Pvt. Ltd. is the book running lead manager, and Maashitla Securities Pvt.Ltd is the registrar of the issue. The Market Maker of the company is Share India Securities Ltd.
IPO Reservation and Anchor Investors
With regard to IPO reservation, GRE Renew Enertech IPO offers a total of 37,68,000 shares. Out of which 17,76,000 (47.13%) has been allocated to QIB, 7,14,000 (18.95%) allocated to QIB (Ex- Anchor), 5,40,000 (14.33%) allocated to NII, 12,60,000 (33.44%) allocated to RII and 10,62,000 (28.18%) allocated to Anchor investors.
GRE Renew Enertech raised ₹11.15 crore from anchor investors on January 12, 2026. Key investors included Strategic Sixth Sense Capital Limited, Rajasthan Global Securities Private Limited, SMC India Opportunities Fund, and Viney Growth Fund, among others
Utilisation of Proceeds
The company proposes to utilise the net proceeds from the issue towards setting up of 7.20 MW (AC) / 9.99 MW (DC) Ground Mounted Solar Power Plant (₹32.61 crore) and meet general corporate expenses.
Key Financials
As of 30 September 2025, the company had total assets of ₹42.77 crore, as against ₹45.46 crore as at 31 March 2025 and ₹49.12 crore as at 31 March 2024. Total income was 43.98 crore in September 2025 as compared to 84.37 crore in March 2025 and 92.15 crore in March 2024. PAT decreased to ₹4.00 crore in September 2025 from ₹7.03 crore in March 2025 and ₹11.48 crore in March 2024, and EBITDA decreased to ₹5.72 crore from ₹9.48 crore. In September 2025, the net worth increased to ₹35.22 crore, reserves to ₹24.70 crore, and total borrowings came down to ₹1.45 crore.
Day 1 Subscription at 1.08 Times So Far
GRE Renew Enertech IPO subscribed 1.08 times. The public issue subscribed 0.14 times in the individual investors category, 3.52 times in QIB (Ex Anchor), and 0.05 times in the NII category by January 13, 2026, 1:09:25 PM (Day 1).
In ͏the anchor category,͏ 10͏,62,000 shares were offered and ͏fully bid for at 10,62,000 shares. The QIB (excluding anchor)͏ se͏gment saw 7,14,000 shares offered against bids for͏ ͏25,14,00͏0 sha͏res͏. The NII category had 5,40,000 shares on offer and received bids for only 27,600 shares, with bNII getting 9,600 bids against 1,8͏0͏ 000͏ ͏shares and sNII͏ receiving 18,000 bids for ͏1͏ 80,000͏ shares.͏ Retail investors were offered 12,60,000 shares an͏d bid ͏for 1,80,000 shares.
Overall, 25,14,000 shares were͏ offered and 27,21,60͏0͏ ͏shares were bid for.
