Greenleaf Envirotech IPO Opens Tomorrow: Key Details About The IPO

Surat, September 29, 2025: The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Greenleaf Envirotech Limited is set to open tomorrow, on September 30. Investors who are interested in applying to the IPO can apply through the ASBA facility by visiting their net banking portal. They can also apply through a UPI mandate. The IPO opens tomorrow and will remain open till October 6, 2025. The shares are expected to list on the NSE SME platform on October 9.

Greenleaf Envirotech Ltd is an Indian company that specialises in wastewater treatment solutions, O&M services, environmental audits, and fire safety system maintenance. The company was incorporated in 2010 and is headquartered in Surat, Gujarat.

Greenleaf Envirotech IPO Issue Size of ₹21.90 Crore

The issue size for Greenleaf Envirotech IPO is ₹21.90 crore, including a fresh issue of 0.13 crore shares amounting to ₹17.82 crores and offer for sale of 0.03 crore shares amounting to ₹4.08 crores. The company has set the price at ₹136 per share. The lot size is 1,000 shares, equalling a minimum investment of ₹2,72,000 crore at the upper price band. Smart Horizon Capital Advisors Pvt.Ltd is the book-running lead manager, while Kfin Technologies Ltd. is the registrar of the issue. Rikhav Securities Ltd. is the market maker of the company.

Greenleaf Envirotech IPO Revenue At ₹3,885.21 Lakh

In FY25, the revenue from operations for the company was ₹3,885.21 lakh, up from ₹3,250.32 lakh in FY24 and ₹3,885.21 lakh in FY23. Profit After Tax (PAT) in FY25 was ₹469.66 lakh, compared to ₹227.72 lakh in FY24, and ₹96.73 lakh in FY23. Net Worth was ₹1,241.01 lakh in FY25, while it was ₹771.36 lakh in FY24, and ₹261.61 lakh in FY23. EPS was ₹10.17 in FY25, compared to ₹5.03 in FY24, and ₹2.87 in FY23. EBITDA was ₹662.30 lakh in FY25, which was ₹365.85 in FY24, and ₹209.28 in FY23.
