Mumbai, March 17: GSP Crop Science IPO, a bookbuilding issue aggregating to ₹400 crore, has been subscribed 0.98 times, at the close of day 2 on Tuesday.

The issue opened for subscription on March 16 2026 and is scheduled to close on March 18 2026. The price band has been fixed at ₹304 to ₹320 per share.

The issue comprises a fresh issue of ₹240 crore and an offer for sale worth ₹160 crore. The shares are proposed to be listed on BSE and NSE. MUFG Intime India Pvt Ltd is the registrar to the issue.
