Mumbai, July 30: Investor interest in the H.R. Hygiene Products IPO remained steady on the second day of bidding, with the ₹53.95 crore SME public issue receiving subscriptions of 1.43 times by 10:35 AM. While the issue has already crossed full subscription, participation has largely been driven by retail and non-institutional investors as the IPO enters its penultimate day.

The book-built issue, which opened for subscription on July 29, will remain open until July 31. With another full trading session still available, market participants will be watching whether demand gathers further momentum before the bidding window closes.

Retail Investors Keep the Issue Ahead

Retail participation continued to anchor the subscription numbers, while the HNI segment also remained comfortably subscribed. Institutional demand, excluding anchor investors, was yet to reach full subscription during the morning session.

As of 10:35 AM on July 30, the subscription stood at:

Category Subscription
QIB (Ex Anchor) 0.92 times
NII 1.93 times
• bNII 2.37 times
• sNII 1.04 times
Retail 1.52 times
Overall 1.43 times

The IPO had received 1,169 applications by the latest update.

One More Day of Bidding Remains

Although the issue has already been fully subscribed, bidding activity typically accelerates during the final day as investors wait until the last few hours to submit applications. The final subscription figures will therefore provide a clearer picture of overall investor appetite.
