H.R. Hygiene Products IPO witnessed a steady improvement in investor participation on Day 3, with retail and NII demand strengthening while the issue entered its final day of bidding.

Mumbai, July 31: The H.R. Hygiene Products IPO continued to attract investors on the final day of bidding, with subscription levels moving higher across most investor categories during the morning session. Retail investors remained at the forefront of the demand, while non-institutional investors also stepped up their participation, pushing the overall subscription close to the two-times mark.
As of 10:43 AM, the ₹53.95 crore SME IPO had been subscribed 1.98 times. Since bidding remains open until the market closes today, the final subscription figures are expected to rise further as investors, particularly high-net-worth individuals and institutional participants, typically place a large portion of their bids in the closing hours.
Retail Investors Continue To Lead Demand
The retail portion maintained healthy momentum on the final day, emerging as the strongest contributor to the issue’s subscription. Demand from non-institutional investors also improved, while the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) category moved just above the fully subscribed mark.
This gradual improvement across categories suggests investor interest has strengthened as the issue approaches its closing bell.
According to exchange data available at 10:43 AM on July 31, the subscription stood at:
| Category | Subscription |
| QIB (Ex Anchor) | 1.01 times |
| NII | 2.55 times |
| • bNII | 2.92 times |
| • sNII | 1.80 times |
| Retail Investors | 2.31 times |
| Overall | 1.98 times |
The IPO had received 1,752 applications at the time of the latest update.
Subscription Momentum Picks Up On The Final Day
The bidding trend reflects a steady build-up in demand over the three-day subscription window. After opening with moderate participation, investor interest gathered pace on Day 2 and strengthened further on the final day.
The day-wise subscription trend is as follows:
| Day | Overall Subscription |
| Day 1 | 1.43 times |
| Day 2 | 1.77 times |
| Day 3 (10:43 AM) | 1.98 times |
With several hours of bidding still remaining, the final subscription numbers could change meaningfully before the issue closes.
