Mumbai, September 30: Following the close of the subscription period, investors are now waiting for the allotment result of Himalayan Solar IPO after the ₹68.03 crore issue received an overall subscription of 1.19x by the end of bidding on September 29 2026.

The IPO was subscribed 1.66x in the QIB category, 0.94x in the NII category and 1.26x among individual investors. Investors can check their individual allotment status through the registrar Maashitla Securities and the NSE website once the result is available.

The issue comprised a fresh issue of 58.91 lakh shares aggregating to ₹60.68 crore and an offer for sale of 7.14 lakh shares aggregating to ₹7.35 crore. The price band was fixed at ₹98 to ₹103 per share, with a lot size of 1,200 shares and a minimum retail investment of ₹2.47 lakh at the upper price band.
