Mumbai, September 29: Himalayan Solar IPO remained open for subscription on its third and final day on September 29, 2026. The bookbuilding issue opened on September 25 and will close on September 29. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of 58.91 lakh shares aggregating up to ₹60.68 crore and an offer for sale of 7.14 lakh shares aggregating up to ₹7.35 crore. The price band is fixed at ₹98 to ₹103 per share. The lot size is 1,200 shares, with individual investors required to apply for a minimum of two lots, or 2,400 shares. At the upper price band, the minimum investment is ₹2,47,200.
