Bengaluru, October 27: Hinduja Global Solutions Limited’s share price is witnessing significant investor demand today, after the company announced that it has launched a new AI-driven product named Interaction Intelligence. As of 12:30 PM, the shares were up by 3.77% or 19.65 points, and were trading at ₹540.65. Until now, the shares have traded within a range of ₹545 and ₹516.80. The traded volume stood at 53.40 thousand shares, with the company’s market cap at ₹2,424 crore. The shares have their 52-week high at ₹792.45 and their 52-week low at ₹437.

The rise in the share price comes after the company announced that it has launched a new AI-driven product named Interaction Intelligence. The AI-powered product is aimed at significantly improving Quality Assurance (QA). It will also help in driving next-generation customer experience (CX).

Interaction Intelligence is an enterprise-grade AI solution product that the company has built on the HGS Agent X framework. The product enables near 100% analysis of customer interactions across omni-channels. The near 100% analysis helps in expanding traditional QA coverage by up to 100 times the current capacity. The product’s working process includes combining behavioural, conversational, and operational data in real time. With this, it helps in enhancing the visibility when it comes to performance, customer loyalty, and overall compliance. It also helps in reducing operational costs for users by enabling cross-selling and up-selling.
