Mumbai, August 19: Horizon Industrial Parks IPO entered its third and final day of bidding on Wednesday, August 19, 2026. The ₹2,600.04 crore issue, entirely a fresh issue, opened on August 17 and closes today.
The IPO has a price band of ₹57 to ₹60 per share, with a lot size of 250 shares. At the upper end of the price band, a retail investor needs ₹15,000 to apply for one lot.

As of 10:59:03 AM on August 19, 2026, the Horizon Industrial Parks IPO had received bids for 0.30 times the shares offered to the public.
Retail investors had subscribed to 0.58 times their reserved portion, while the QIB and NII categories had received bids for 0.24 times and 0.22 times, respectively. The employee portion was subscribed beyond the shares reserved for the category.

Brief Overview Of The IPO
Horizon Industrial Parks IPO is a ₹2,600.04 crore bookbuilding issue comprising 43,34,09,090 fresh equity shares. The price band has been fixed at ₹57 to ₹60 per share.
The lot size is 250 shares, with the minimum retail application requiring ₹15,000 at the upper price band. The issue also includes a reservation of 8,33,332 shares for eligible employees at a discount of ₹5 per share to the issue price.
The IPO opened on August 17 and closes on August 19, 2026. The basis of allotment is scheduled for August 20, followed by refunds and credit of shares on August 21. The shares are proposed to be listed on the NSE and BSE on August 24.
