New Delhi: Technology-enabled non-banking financial company IBL Finance Ltd has proposed a public issue of secured, rated, listed, and redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) aggregating up to Rs 50 crore.
The issue comprises a base issue of Rs 25 crore and a green shoe option to retain oversubscription of up to Rs 25 crore, taking the total issue size to Rs 50 crore, the company said in a statement.
The NCD public issue is scheduled to open on October 12 and close on October 26, 2026, subject to the terms of the prospectus.
The NCDs, having a face value of Rs 1,000 each, are proposed to be listed on BSE Ltd.
The company is offering the NCDs across four tenure options of 13 months, 24 months, 36 months, and 60 months, with yields of up to 12.12 per cent per annum, it said.
The minimum application size is 10 NCDs, amounting to Rs 10,000.
“The proposed NCD public issue is part of our funding strategy as we continue our lending operations across lending to individuals and financial institutions,” IBL Finance Managing Director Manish Patel said.
The proceeds from the issue will primarily be utilised for onward lending and financing, besides repayment or prepayment of principal and interest on existing borrowings, it said.
A portion of the funds may also be used for general corporate purposes, it added.
