Mumbai, 18 December 2025: Shares of ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company are set to debut on the stock exchanges on Friday, December 19, and all eyes are on the listing performance of India’s most diversified mutual fund house. The Rs 10,602.65 crore IPO, which closed on December 16, witnessed robust demand with an overall subscription status of 39.17 times.

Key Details and Structure of ⁠ICICI Prudential AMC IPO

ICICI Prudential AMC IPO was a book build issue of ₹10,602.65 crores. The issue was entirely an offer for sale of 4.90 crore shares of ₹10,602.65 crore.

ICICI Prudential AMC IPO bidding started from December 12, 2025, and ended on December 16, 2025. The allotment for ICICI Prudential AMC IPO was finalized on December 17, 2025. ICICI Prudential AMC IPO will list on BSE, NSE, with a tentative listing date fixed as December 19, 2025.

ICICI Prudential AMC IPO price band is set at ₹2165.00 per share. The lot size for an application is 6. The minimum amount of investment required by a retail investor is ₹12,990 (6 shares) (based on the upper price). The lot size investment for sNII is 16 lots (96 shares), amounting to ₹2,07,840, and for bNII, it is 77 lots (462 shares), amounting to ₹10,00,230.

Citigroup Global Markets India Pvt.Ltd is the book running lead manager, and Kfin Technologies Ltd. is the registrar of the issue.

⁠ICICI Prudential AMC IPO Subscription Status at 39.17 Times

ICICI Prudential AMC IPO was subscribed 39.17 times. QIBs (ex-anchor investors) subscribed 123.87 times, bidding for 11.52 crore shares against an offer of 93.05 lakh shares, totalling to ₹2,49,529.23 crore. The non-institutional investors segment witnessed a subscription status of 22.04 times with bids to the tune of ₹33295.41 crore, while the retail investors portion was subscribed 2.53 times with bids for 4.13 crore shares amounting to ₹8933.23 crore. On the whole, the issue was subscribed 39.17 times, with bids worth ₹2,96,927.22 crore.
