ICICI Prudential AMC IPO is a book build issue of ₹10,602.65 crores. The issue is entirely an offer for sale of 4.90 crore shares of ₹10,602.65 crore. The IPO opened for subscription status on December 12, 2025, and closed on December 16, 2025. ICICI Prudential AMC IPO will list on BSE, NSE with a tentative listing date fixed as Dec 19, 2025.

The IPO price band is set between ₹2061 and ₹2165.00 per share. The lot size for an application is 6. The minimum amount of investment required by a retail is ₹12,990 (6 shares) (based on upper price).

ICICI Prudential AMC IPO was subscribed 39.17 times. The public issue subscribed 2.53 times in the retail category, 123.87 times in QIB (Ex Anchor), and 22.04 times in the NII category
