Indiamart Intermesh Q1 Net Profit Rises 12 PC to Rs 172.2 Cr, Revenue Up 11.4 PC

New Delh: Indiamart Intermesh Ltd, a B2B e-commerce company, on Tuesday reported a 12.18 per cent increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 172.2 crore for the June quarter of FY27.

The company had posted a net profit of Rs 153.5 crore a year ago, according to a regulatory filing from Indiamart Intermesh Ltd (IIL).

Its revenue from operations climbed 11.36 per cent to Rs 414.4 crore in the June quarter. It was Rs 372.1 crore in the year-ago period.

IIL’s total expenses rose 11.48 per cent to Rs 274.8 crore in the June quarter.

Its total income, including other income, increased 12.18 per cent to Rs 521.1 crore in the quarter under review.

The revenue from ‘Web and related services’ was Rs 375.9 crore, and Rs 38.5 crore from accounting software services.

Shares of Indiamart Intermesh Ltd on Tuesday settled at Rs 1,919.15 apiece on the BSE, down 0.74 per cent from the previous close.
