Key Trigger: SBI Mutual Fund Trims Stake by 2%
The fall in the share price comes after the announcement that SBI Mutual Fund has trimmed its stake in IEX. According to the latest filing, SBI Mutual Fund sold 75 lakh shares, or 0.84% of IEX’s paid-up capital, on October 28, 2025. The transaction was done through open-market transactions. With the sale, SBI Mutual Fund’s total shareholding has now decreased to 6.76%, down from 7.60% previously.
SBI Mutual Fund has reduced its stake in IEX by 2%. This signals that SBI Mutual Fund is booking profits or has less confidence in the company’s potential. As a result, investor sentiment has turned negative, leading to a fall in the share price.
