IndiQube Spaces Q1 Loss Narrows to Rs 24 Cr

New Delhi: Realty firm IndiQube Spaces has posted a net loss of Rs 23.88 crore for the quarter ended June.
Its net loss stood at Rs 36.75 crore in the year-ago period.
Total income rose to Rs 448.81 crore in the first quarter of this fiscal from Rs 324.12 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding year, according to a regulatory filing on Wednesday.
Its expenses increased to Rs 479.32 crore from Rs 374.08 crore during the period under review.
Bengaluru-based IndiQube Spaces operates 137 coworking centres across 17 cities pan-India. It has 10.61 million sq ft area under management.
