Indo-MIM IPO entered its final bidding day with overall subscription at 7.89 times by 11:34 AM on July 27 2026, led by strong NII demand of 26.27 times, while bidding remains open today.

Mumbai, July 27:Indo-MIM IPO saw a sharp rise in demand on the third and final day of bidding, with the ₹3,811.21 crore issue subscribed 7.89 times by around 11:34 AM. Bidding remains open today, so these are interim figures and the final subscription numbers could change by the close.

Non-institutional investors were driving the book during the morning session. The NII portion was subscribed 26.27 times, while retail investors had subscribed their reserved portion 3.67 times. The QIB category, excluding anchor investors, stood at 1.55 times.

The IPO received bids for 43,47,93,270 shares against 5,50,74,644 shares available for subscription, taking the overall book to 7.89 times.

Within the NII book, large NIIs bidding above ₹10 lakh recorded subscription of 29.53 times. The small NII category was subscribed 19.75 times.

Retail investors placed bids for 10,06,13,370 shares against 2,74,40,105 shares available in the category. The employee portion was subscribed 4.90 times.

Indo-MIM IPO Day-Wise Subscription

Demand has accelerated substantially over the three bidding days. The overall issue was subscribed 1.14 times on Day 1 and 3.08 times on Day 2 before climbing to 7.89 times during the morning of Day 3.

The biggest increase has come from the NII category, which moved from 8.45 times at the end of Day 2 to 26.27 times during Monday’s session.

Indo-MIM IPO Issue Details

Indo-MIM IPO is a ₹3,811.21 crore book-built issue comprising a fresh issue and an offer for sale.

The fresh issue consists of 1,03,09,278 shares aggregating to about ₹499.10 crore, while the offer for sale comprises 6,82,91,022 shares aggregating to about ₹3,311.11 crore.

The price band was set at ₹461 to ₹485 per share, with the issue price shown at ₹485 per share. The lot size is 30 shares, translating into a minimum retail application amount of ₹14,550 at ₹485 per share.

The issue also has a reservation of up to 2,00,000 shares for employees, with a discount of ₹45 per share.

Indo-MIM IPO Allotment And Listing Date

After bidding closes on July 27 2026, the allotment is expected to be finalised on July 28 2026.

Refunds or the unblocking of funds for unsuccessful applicants are scheduled for July 29 2026. Successful applicants are also expected to receive shares in their demat accounts on July 29 2026.

Indo-MIM shares are scheduled to list on the BSE and NSE on July 30 2026.

Indo-MIM, incorporated in 1996, manufactures precision-engineered components using metal injection moulding technology. Its capabilities also include investment casting, precision machining, ceramic injection moulding and 3D metal printing.
