Mumbai, June 26, 2025 – The primary market is buzzing with activity as five initial public offerings (IPOs), including one mainboard and four SME issues, open for public subscription today. The lineup features Indogulf Cropsciences, Moving Media Entertainment, Valencia India, Ace Alpha Tech, and PRO FX Tech.

Indogulf Cropsciences IPO Launches Today

Indogulf Cropsciences, a manufacturer of crop protection products, begins its ₹200 crore IPO today. The issue comprises a fresh equity issue worth ₹160 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of ₹40 crore. The price band is set at ₹105 to ₹111 per share, and investors can bid in lots of 135 shares.

The proceeds from the fresh issue will be allocated as follows:

  • ₹65 crore for working capital
  • ₹34.12 crore for debt repayment
  • ₹14 crore for capital expenditure
  • Remaining for general corporate purposes

On the eve of the issue, the company raised ₹58.2 crore from anchor investors, including Abakkus Asset Manager and Swyom India Alpha Fund, by allotting 52.43 lakh shares at the upper price band of ₹111 per share.

As per Indogulf Cropsciences IPO structure,

  • 50% of the net offer is reserved for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs)
  • 15% is allocated to Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs)
  • 35% is reserved for Retail Individual Investors (RIIs)

About Indogulf Cropsciences

The company manufactures crop protection products, plant nutrients, and biologicals. It was one of the first indigenous manufacturers of Pyrazosulfuron Ethyl technical with 97% purity and Spiromesifen technical with 96.5% purity in India.

SME IPOs Also Open for Subscription

  • PRO FX Tech IPO: The company has launched an IPO comprising 46.32 lakh fresh equity shares to raise ₹40.30 crore.
  • Moving Media Entertainment IPO: This IPO aims to raise ₹43.40 crore through fresh equity issuance.
  • Valencia India IPO: Valencia’s IPO includes both a fresh issue and OFS component, with a combined target of ₹48.95 crore.
  • Ace Alpha Tech IPO: Ace Alpha’s IPO also follows a hybrid structure and aims to raise ₹32.22 crore.

All five IPOs are now live for subscription, offering investors a mix of sectoral exposure ranging from agri-tech to media and tech solutions.
