Mumbai, June 12, 2025 – Influx Healthtech Limited is gearing up to roll out its SME Initial Public Offering (IPO) on June 18, 2025. Investors will have the opportunity to place bids until June 20. Valued at approximately ₹58.66 crore, the issue includes both fresh shares and an offer for sale, and will be listed on the NSE Emerge platform.

The IPO will offer a total of 61,00,800 equity shares.
