Integra Essentia Shares Slip After Profit Jump Fails to Sustain Rally

New Delhi, October 31, 2025: The share price of Integra Essentia Limited (BSE: 535958, NSE: INTEGRAESS) fell more than 1% in Friday’s morning trade – as investors booked profits following the company’s strong September quarter (Q2 FY26) results. Despite a sharp rise in quarterly profit, the stock lost momentum after an initial rally earlier this week.
Incorporated in 2007 and listed on both BSE and NSE, Integra Essentia Limited operates in the trading and distribution sector, focusing on essential products in infrastructure, energy, and lifestyle segments.
Q2 FY26 Earnings Overview
The net profit for Q2 FY26 was ₹108.97 lakh – up 286% from ₹28.23 lakh in Q2 last year. Revenue from operations fell 7.9% YoY to ₹12,067.36 lakh against ₹13,110.34 lakh, amid subdued demand in its trading and distribution verticals. Sequentially, revenue increased by 53.2% from ₹7,873.45 lakh in Q1 FY26, due to cost controls as well as operational recovery. Profit before tax stood at ₹160.91 lakh against ₹37.36 lakh in Q2 of FY25.
Stock Performance
At 11:41 am IST, Integra Essentia shares traded at ₹1.89, down 1.05% from the previous close of ₹1.91. Market capitalization of Integra Essentia stood at ₹198.40 crore at a current market price of ₹1.85 per share. The 52-week high and low for the stock are ₹3.72 and ₹1.59, respectively. Despite improved profitability, traders were in a cautious mood due to broader market weakness and concerns over valuation-the stock continues to trade at a stretched P/E of 98.11.
