Chennai, October 31, 2025: Intellect Design Arena Ltd (NSE: INTELLECT | BSE: 538835) announced a strong performance for the second quarter of FY26, with consolidated profit after tax 94% YoY higher at ₹102.3 crore. Total income increased 34% to ₹789 crore, supported by the company’s AI-led platforms – eMACH.ai and Purple Fabric. The strong growth reflects expanding global adoption of Intellect’s composable fintech solutions across banking and financial services.

EBITDA for the quarter increased 68% YoY to ₹184.3 crore, while profit before tax was ₹136.1 crore. For the first half of FY26, total income reached ₹1,523.3 crore, representing an increase of 26%, while profit after tax increased 55% to ₹196.8 crore. Cash and cash equivalents increased 23% YoY to ₹927 crore, indicating good cash flow and operational efficiency.

Headquartered in Chennai, Intellect Design Arena Ltd is a global fintech company catering to over 500 financial institutions in 61 countries through its AI-powered platforms and digital solutions.

Business Expansion and Platform Performance

Intellect Design added 35 new deal wins and completed 37 digital transformations in the first half of FY26. License-linked revenue, which comprises license, platform, and AMC income, rose 69% year-on-year to ₹423 crore. EBITDA margin expanded to 23.3% from 18.7% a year ago, driven by cost control and improved scalability.

The eMACH.ai platform delivered 15 strategic wins, including 10 multi-million-dollar Destiny Deals from banks in Europe, Africa, and the United States. The Purple Fabric platform also reported remarkable growth through major digital transformation projects in GIFT City, the U.S., and South Africa.

Management Commentary and Strategic Developments

Chairman and Managing Director Arun Jain said the strong execution by the company and synergy between platforms led to the consistent growth – vindicating its AI-led strategy. Intellect also announced key leadership appointments and plans for setting up a – 7.25 lakh sq. ft. innovation campus in Chennai to pursue AI and digital learning initiatives.

Stock Market Performance

The impact of the revenue increase was reflected in the market, as Intellect Design Arena stock price closed higher on October 31, 2025. The stock was trading on the NSE at ₹1,127.80, up 7.74% from the previous close. It opened at ₹1,053.50 and touched an intraday high of ₹1,144.50. The company’s market capitalisation stood at ₹15,660 crore, with a price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio of 44.87.
