Strengths and Risks Identified in RHP Filing
The company’s strengths are:
- Large base of over 100 OEM partnerships.
- Diversified customer base with 8,000+ customers across various industries.
- Expertise in cybersecurity and hybrid cloud, two of the rapidly expanding areas of IT.
- Solid financial performance with year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
Key risks noted are:
- Dependence on OEM partnerships exposes revenue to partnership risks.
- Narrow operating margins compared to peers, rendering profitability vulnerable to price pressure.
- Heavy working capital requirements, with high receivables impacting cash flow.
- Technology adoption cycles reliance, with a continuous requirement for investing in staying current.
- Customer concentration risk since a high proportion of revenue is reliant on individual customers.
Ivalue Infosolutions’ ₹560 crore IPO, opening on 18 September 2025, indicates the company’s ambitions to expand in cybersecurity and cloud-based solutions. While the issue indicates strong sector demand and a consistent financial performance, prospective investors need to thoroughly weigh the strengths and risks listed in the company’s filings before the listing on 25 September 2025.
