Mumbai, September 17: The Jindal Supreme (India) IPO saw a substantial increase in bidding on the second day of the issue. The ₹124.88 crore IPO comprises a fresh issue of ₹99.89 crore and an offer for sale of ₹24.99 crore. The issue opened for subscription on September 16 and will close on September 18, 2026. The price band has been fixed at ₹88 to ₹93 per share. The Jindal Supreme (India) IPO was subscribed 31.54 times overall by 5:07:42 PM on September 17, 2026, based on the shares offered across investor categories.
The Retail category recorded a subscription of 39.80 times, while the NII segment was subscribed 37.63 times. The QIB portion, excluding the anchor allocation, received bids equivalent to 12.50 times the shares offered.

Brief Overview Of The IPO
Jindal Supreme (India) is raising ₹124.88 crore through its IPO. The issue comprises a fresh issue of 1.07 crore shares aggregating to ₹99.89 crore and an offer for sale of 26.87 lakh shares aggregating to ₹24.99 crore.
The price band has been fixed at ₹88 to ₹93 per share, with the lot size set at 161 shares. At the upper end of the price band, the minimum retail application amounts to ₹14,973.
The issue has allocated 50% of the total issue size to QIBs, 15% to NIIs and 35% to Retail investors. The QIB allocation includes a 30% anchor portion, while 20% of the total issue is available to QIBs excluding anchors.
Sarthi Capital Advisors Pvt. Ltd. is the book running lead manager, while Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd. is the registrar to the issue. The shares are proposed to be listed on the BSE and NSE. The IPO is scheduled to close on September 18 2026, with the tentative listing date set for September 23 2026.
