Mumbai, September 16: The Jindal Supreme IPO opened for subscription on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, and saw substantial bidding during the first day. The ₹124.88 crore issue consists of a fresh issue of 1.07 crore shares worth ₹99.89 crore and an offer for sale of 26.87 lakh shares aggregating to ₹24.99 crore.
The IPO will remain open for subscription until September 18, 2026. The price band has been set at ₹88 to ₹93 per share, while the lot size is 161 shares. At the upper end of the price band, retail investors need a minimum investment of ₹14,973.

The Jindal Supreme IPO was subscribed 7.56 times overall by 5:08:02 PM on September 16, 2026, based on the number of shares bid for against the shares available in the public portion.
