Mumbai, September 11: Following the close of the subscription period, investors are awaiting the Kanohar Electricals IPO allotment status, which is expected to be finalised on September 11 2026. The ₹1,055.74 crore IPO received an overall subscription of 90.59 times by the close of bidding on September 10 2026.

The ₹1,055.74 crore issue comprised a fresh issue of 47,46,835 shares aggregating to ₹300 crore and an offer for sale of 1,19,57,915 shares aggregating to ₹755.74 crore.
The price band was fixed at ₹601 to ₹632 per share, with the issue price set at ₹632 per share. The lot size was 23 shares, making the minimum retail investment ₹14,536 at the upper end of the price band.
The issue reserved 83,52,374 shares for QIBs, 25,05,713 shares for NIIs and 58,46,663 shares for retail investors. The company also raised ₹316.72 crore from anchor investors through an allocation of 50,11,424 shares.
Kanohar Electricals IPO Listing Date

Kanohar Electricals Ltd, incorporated in 1972, manufactures transformers and caters to industries including power transmission, railways, renewable energy and power distribution.
The company operates through transformer manufacturing and engineering, procurement and construction activities. It is also one of the manufacturers in India certified by the Research Designs and Standards Organisation for manufacturing 100 MVA, 132 kV Scott transformers.
Kanohar Electricals operates manufacturing facilities in Rithani and Gangol in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. Its aggregate transformer manufacturing capacity stood at 19,200 MVA as of March 31 2026.
