Mumbai, September 10: The Karamtara Engineering IPO continued to attract bids on the second day of the issue. The ₹875 crore IPO, which comprises a fresh issue of ₹675 crore and an offer for sale of ₹200 crore, opened for subscription on September 9 and will close on September 11, 2026. The price band has been fixed at ₹241 to ₹254 per share.

Brief Overview Of The IPO
Karamtara Engineering is raising ₹875 crore through the IPO. The issue includes a fresh issue of shares worth ₹675 crore and an offer for sale worth ₹200 crore.
The price band is set at ₹241 to ₹254 per share, with the minimum lot size fixed at 59 shares. For retail investors, the minimum application at the upper end of the price band amounts to ₹14,986.
The company manufactures products used in renewable energy and power transmission applications. Its product portfolio includes solar module mounting structures, solar tracker components, lattice towers, fasteners, structural steel profiles and overhead transmission line hardware. The company has also commenced production of wind turbine towers.
JM Financial Ltd. is the lead manager for the issue, while MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd. is the registrar. The IPO is scheduled to close on September 11 2026, with the shares proposed to list on September 17 2026.
