Mumbai, September 11: Karamtara Engineering IPO, a bookbuilding issue of ₹875 crore, closed for subscription on September 11, 2026. The issue comprises a fresh issue of 2.66 crore shares worth ₹675 crore and an offer for sale of 78.74 lakh shares worth ₹200 crore. The price band was fixed at ₹241 to ₹254 per share, with the final issue price shown at ₹254 per share.
