The basis of allotment will be finalised today, and the refunds and credits of the shares to the demat accounts will be made by September 15, 2025. The Karbonsteel Engineering Limited shares will be listed on the BSE SME listings on the 16th of September 2025.

Qualified͏ I͏nstitutio͏n͏͏al Bu͏y͏ers (QIBs) ͏subsc͏ri͏bed 121.͏61 time͏s, ͏High Net-Wo͏rth͏ In͏d͏ividua͏ls (HNIs) ͏102.58 times, and retail͏ inves͏tors 46.84 times͏. The re͏t͏ail͏ p͏͏ortion was͏ ͏͏oversub͏scrib͏ed, ͏w͏i͏th allo͏tments made t͏hr͏͏ough a lottery system, leaving ͏applic͏͏a͏n͏ts with ͏limited chances of ͏͏s͏ec͏urin͏g s͏har͏es.

You can check your allotment with the registrar of the issue, Maashitla Securities Pvt. Ltd., by following these steps:

• Navigate to the Maashitla IPO allotment page: https://maashitla.com/allotment-status/public-issues.
• In the dropdown box, select Karbonsteel Engineering Limited IPO.
• Enter either your PAN number, application number, or both DP/Client ID.
• Click Search, and your allotment details will be displayed.

How to Check Allotment Status on BSE

The BSE platform also allows investors to check their allotment. The following steps are as follows:

• Go to the BSE IPO allotment status page: https://www.bseindia.com/investors/appli_check.aspx.
• Select Equity and then select Karbonsteel Engineering Limited.
• Type in your application number and PAN number.
• Click Submit to see if any shares have been allotted.

Post-Allotment Timeline And Lead Managers

The basis for finalising allotments will be decided by today, September 12, 2025. Refunds will be released on September 15, 2025, and credits of shares to the demat accounts. The listing of the stock on BSE SME will take place on September 16, 2025.
