New Delhi: Kataline Ltd, a provider of integrated traffic safety solutions, has filed draft papers with capital markets regulator Sebi to raise funds through an Initial Public Offering (IPO), as it looks to expand its manufacturing and project execution capabilities.

The proposed IPO comprises a fresh issue of up to 43 lakh equity shares and an Offer For Sale (OFS) of up to 43 lakh equity shares by promoters Amit Arvind Thatte and Ketaki Amit Thatte, according to the Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP).

The company may also consider a pre-IPO placement of up to 6.70 lakh equity shares.

Proceeds from the fresh issue will be utilised towards funding working capital requirements, upgrading its manufacturing facility, purchasing project execution equipment and general corporate purposes.

Nagpur-based Kataline, incorporated in 2008, manufactures road safety marking products across four categories, including hot-applied thermoplastic marking materials, cold-applied plastic materials, water and solvent-based road safety marking paints, and road safety components and devices.

Hot-applied thermoplastics are its key revenue driver, contributing 84.82 per cent of revenue from operations in FY26.

The company also provides end-to-end project execution services using specialised equipment and trained manpower.

Kataline has completed more than 60 projects, each valued at over Rs 50 lakh, during the last three fiscal years across highways, expressways, airports, smart cities and urban infrastructure.

Its projects include Samruddhi Mahamarg, Delhi-Vadodara Expressway, Eastern Peripheral Expressway, Ganga Expressway, Bundelkhand Expressway, Raipur-Visakhapatnam Economic Corridor Expressway, Purvanchal Expressway and Chennai Peripheral Ring Road.

The company has served customers across 24 states and union territories.

Financially, the company’s revenue from operations rose 38.79 per cent to Rs 220.58 crore in FY26 from Rs 158.93 crore in FY25.

Its profit after tax rose 61.15 per cent to Rs 26.83 crore in FY26 from Rs 16.65 crore in the previous fiscal. InCred Capital Financial Services and Ashika Capital are the book-running lead managers to the issue.
