Mumbai, September 21: KheriaAutocomp IPO saw subscription activity pick up on the final day, with the issue receiving bids worth 2.47 times the shares available to public investors by the close of bidding on September 21, 2026. The IPO opened on September 17 and comprised a fresh issue of 45.98 lakh shares aggregating up to ₹46.44 crore. The price band for the issue was fixed at ₹96 to ₹101 per share. The lot size was 1,200 shares. For retail investors, the minimum application was two lots, or 2,400 shares, requiring ₹2,42,400 at the upper end of the price band.

At 5:01 PM on September 21, the IPO had received bids for 75.55 lakh shares against 30.58 lakh shares reserved for the public portion, translating into an overall subscription of 2.47 times.
Retail investors accounted for 46.90 lakh shares in bids, taking the category to 3.07 times subscription. The NII segment stood at 2.97 times, while the QIB portion, excluding anchor investors, was subscribed 1.05 times.
