₹696.5 Crore Solar EPC and O&M Order from SJVN

The rise in the share price comes after the company announced that it has received three Letters of Award (LOAs) from SJVN Limited, a Government of India enterprise. The LOAs are for a 200 MW (AC) solar project at the GIPCL Renewable Energy Park in Khavda, Gujarat. The order is worth ₹696.50 crore (excluding GST), and will cover end-to-end EPC and O&M services.

The project is divided into three parts:

  • The supply of plant and equipment, valued at ₹486.89 crore.
  • The erection, testing, and commissioning, which includes civil and electrical works, valued at ₹178.27 crore.
  • A three-year operation and maintenance contract worth ₹31.34 crore that will begin after the project’s commercial operation date.

The new order follows its previous order, where the company is currently executing a 645 MWp solar cluster at Khavda. The new project will contribute positively to its order book, and will provide revenue visibility to the company.
