Surat, August 5, 2025 – KPI Green Energy Ltd. (NSE: KPIGREEN | BSE: 542323) started FY26 with a stellar performance, reporting its highest-ever quarterly revenue for the fifth consecutive time. The company saw strong year-on-year growth across revenue and profit metrics, declared a first interim dividend, and approved a major green bond issuance to fuel its clean energy expansion.

Consolidated Financial Results (₹ in Lacs)

As of Q1 FY26 (June 2025),  the Revenue from Operations stood at ₹60,294.29 lacs compared to ₹56,940.95 lacs in Q4 FY25 and ₹34,801.20 lacs in Q1 FY25.

Other income increased to ₹1117.60 lacs in this quarter as compared to ₹839.24 lacs in the previous quarter and ₹184.23 lacs in the same quarter a year before.

The aggregate increase in the revenue from operations and other income resulted in a total revenue of ₹61,411.89 lacs in a quarter, thereby marking a clear uptick.

KPI Green Energy registered a YoY increment in revenue by 75.6% due to the strong performance of its operations and a drastic increase in core income and other income generation.

Profit Before Tax (PBT) witnessed a nominal but positive increase from ₹13878.61 in Q4FY25 to ₹14,919.70 in Q1FY26.

Furthermore, EPS – both basic and diluted also improved from YoY as well as the preceding quarter.

Segment Revenue Breakdown – Q1 FY26

During Q1 FY26, the Sale of Power & Services brought in a solid 73.2% increase in revenue compared to Q1 FY25, amounting to ₹60,294.29 lacs as opposed to ₹34,801.20 lacs in Q1 FY25.

On the other hand, revenue under the Sale of Plot decreased by 4.5%, i.e., ₹30.94 lacs as compared to ₹32.40 lacs in the corresponding last period.

Dividend Declaration

The Board declared a first interim dividend of ₹0.20 per equity share (4% of the face value of ₹5) for the financial year 2025–26. The dividend will be disbursed within 30 days to shareholders on record.

₹700 Crore Green Bonds Approved

The company’s Board approved raising up to ₹700 crore via non-convertible certified Green Bonds or equivalent instruments in one or more tranches on a private placement basis. The company aims to support its growing renewable energy infrastructure pipeline with the issuance.

Corporate Developments

  • Debenture Committee Formed: A four-member committee chaired by CMD Dr. Faruk G. Patel will oversee the bond issuance.
  • Asset Security Approved: Creation of appropriate security over company assets in favor of debenture trustees.

Key Strategic Updates

The company has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from GUVNL for a 150 MW wind project under the hybrid segment.

It has signed three MoUs with Delta Electronics, focusing on battery energy storage systems (BESS), green hydrogen, EV charging infrastructure, and solar inverter technology.

A repeat 100 MW solar EPC order was secured from Avichal Power via Sun Drops Energia.

Additionally, 36.87 MW captive power project (CPP) orders were won under Gujarat’s DREBP and GERC-linked schemes.

The firm was also featured in an IBM case study for deploying Maximo Renewables across 70+ sites.

As of 5 August 2025, 4:05 pm, the share price of KPI Green Energy Ltd was trading at ₹531.05, down ₹8.45 (1.57%) from its previous close of ₹539.50.

The share opened at ₹541.95 and traded between ₹508.35 and ₹552.00, with a high and low. The market cap of the company is ₹10,646 crore with a PE ratio of 4.08 compared to its industry average of 21.84.
