KVS Castings Makes Strong Debut: Lists at ₹66.30, Up 18% Over Issue Price

New Delhi, October 6, 2025: The shares of KVS Castings made a strong debut on the SME platform, listing at ₹66.30 per share (an 18% premium over the issue price of ₹56 per share). The strong momentum continued during the afternoon as the stock soared to ₹69.60 (24.61% higher than the issue price) at 01:30 PM. With this, the company’s total market cap has surpassed ₹130 crores.

KVS Castings Limited IPO is a division of KVS Premier Group. The company manufactures cast iron and ductile iron components. The company sells its products to core sectors including railways, automotive, heavy machinery and agricultural equipment. The company derives more than 80% of its revenue from the automobile sector. It has a product portfolio of over 150 listings.

The stock touched a high of ₹69.61 and a low of ₹66.30, with the VWAP at ₹66.46, indicating consistent trading around its listing price. The turnover stood at ₹19.26 crore, with a traded quantity of 29.44 lakh shares, reflecting healthy investor interest. The company’s full market capitalisation was ₹130.54 crore, while its free float market capitalisation was ₹24.78 crore. Overall, the debut was moderately strong, showcasing decent demand and stable post-listing performance.

The company had received strong investor interest for its IPO, as it was oversubscribed by 4.09 times, with significant contributions from QIBs, NIIs, and Retail investors. The company had raised ₹7.89 crore from anchor investors such as NAV Capital Emerging Star Fund, Aarth AI Growth Fund, Longrive CVapital VCC, and Smart Horizon AIF (among others). The book running lead manager of the issue was Narnolia Financial Services Limited, and the registrar to the issue was MUFG Intime India Private Limited.
