The important point here is that the IPO is still open. Bidding started on August 27 and will continue through August 31, 2026. So, the Day 1 numbers should not be treated as the final subscription figures.

Kwick Forensic Solutions is looking to raise around ₹50.77 crore through the IPO. The issue includes a fresh issue of 45.62 lakh shares worth around ₹41.05 crore and an offer for sale of 10.80 lakh shares worth around ₹9.72 crore.
