Chennai, October 31, 2025: Shares of Lancor Holdings Ltd (NSE: LANCORHOL, BSE: 509048) surged over 17% on Friday, after the company announced that its board has approved the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) aggregating up to Rs 15 crore on a private placement basis.

Lancor Holdings Limited is engaged in residential and commercial real estate development. The company focuses on mid-income and premium housing projects primarily in Tamil Nadu. The stock has been actively traded since its relisting in March 2024 on NSE and BSE under the ticker LANCORHOL and 509048, respectively. It continues to attract value investors eyeing the South Indian realty space.

NCD Issue Details

The board of Lancor Holdings Ltd, at its meeting held on October 30, 2025, approved the issuance of 1,500 secured Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of Rs 1,00,000 each. The total issue aggregates to Rs 15 crore and will be done on a private placement basis. The debentures will carry an interest rate of 16.5% per annum, which will be compounded monthly and payable quarterly. The maturity is tentatively set for October 31, 2027.

Listing of the debentures is not proposed, and the redemption is going to be out of the sale proceeds of assets. Further, the debentures would be issued in one or more tranches, with payments structured in eight equal quarterly instalments following a six-month principal moratorium period.

Market Snapshot

As of October 31, 2025, 11:42 am, shares of Lancor Holdings Ltd were trading at ₹26.65, an increase of 17.30% or 3.93 points. The shares opened in green at ₹24.20, and quickly reached a new intraday high of ₹27.00 so far. The company have had a decent trading session so far with total traded volume and traded value standing at 13.80 lakhs and ₹3.56 crore respectively, while the total market cap stood at ₹195.87 crore.
