LCC Projects IPO Subscription Status Day 3: Issue Subscribed 49.57 Times

LCC Projects IPO saw a sharp rise in demand on the final day of bidding, with the issue subscribed 49.57 times by 5:14 PM on September 11, 2026. The QIB portion was subscribed 78.73 times, followed by NII at 64.91 times and retail investors at 26.34 times.

Mumbai, September 11: The LCC Projects IPO drew heavy bidding on the final day of its subscription period, taking the overall issue subscription to 49.57 times by 5:14 PM on September 11, 2026.
The ₹427.14 crore public issue comprises a fresh issue of 1.77 crore shares worth ₹258 crore and an offer for sale of 1.16 crore shares worth ₹169.14 crore. The IPO opened on September 9 and closed on September 11.
LCC Projects had fixed the price band at ₹139 to ₹146 per share. With a lot size of 102 shares, the minimum application amount for retail investors was ₹14,892 at the upper end of the price band.
LCC Projects IPO Day 3 Subscription Status
Demand picked up considerably on the last day. By 5:14 PM, investors had bid for 1,01,52,31,908 shares against 2,04,79,363 shares on offer, taking the overall subscription to 49.57 times.
The QIB segment, excluding the anchor portion, received bids equivalent to 78.73 times the shares reserved for it. The NII portion was subscribed 64.91 times, while the retail category was subscribed 26.34 times.

The QIB category recorded the highest subscription among the main investor groups at 78.73 times. Within the NII segment, the portion for applications above ₹10 lakh was subscribed 61.53 times, while the portion below ₹10 lakh saw subscription of 71.66 times.

Brief Overview Of The IPO
The LCC Projects IPO has a total issue size of ₹427.14 crore. Of this, the fresh issue comprises 1.77 crore shares aggregating to ₹258 crore, while 1.16 crore shares are being offered for sale for ₹169.14 crore.
The price band is ₹139 to ₹146 per share, with each lot containing 102 shares. A retail investor applying for one lot at the upper price would need ₹14,892.
The company is set to list its shares on the BSE and NSE. Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Ltd. is the book running lead manager for the issue, while Kfin Technologies Ltd. is the registrar.
