About LEAP India
Established in 2013, LEAP India has emerged as one of the country’s leading asset-pooling and supply chain solutions companies. Its business revolves around providing reusable logistics assets such as pallets, containers and material handling equipment, helping manufacturers, retailers and logistics companies reduce costs while improving supply chain efficiency.
The company also offers transportation, inventory management, repair and maintenance services, catering to sectors such as FMCG, automotive, consumer durables and e-commerce. LEAP India’s growth received a significant boost after global investment firm KKR acquired a majority stake in the company in 2023.
What Investors Should Watch Next
While the first day’s response has been relatively muted, subscription trends during the remaining three days will be closely tracked by the market. Large mainboard IPOs often witness a sharp jump in demand during the final 24 hours as qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) and many HNI investors typically submit bids closer to the closing bell.
For now, LEAP India’s IPO has started on a quiet note with overall subscription at 0.05 times, but the final outcome will largely depend on the pace of institutional participation over the next few sessions.
