LEAP India IPO will open for subscription on August 7, offering investors a chance to bid in the ₹2,480 crore public issue ahead of its proposed listing on BSE and NSE.

Mumbai, August 06: Investors will get an opportunity to bid for the LEAP India IPO from Friday, August 7, as the company launches its ₹2,480 crore mainboard public issue. The IPO will remain open for subscription until August 11, after which the allotment process is expected to begin.
The public issue consists of a fresh issue as well as an offer for sale and will be listed on both the BSE and the NSE. With one of the larger IPOs scheduled this month, market participants will closely track investor response during the three-day bidding window.
LEAP India IPO Details
LEAP India plans to raise ₹2,480 crore through a combination of:
- Fresh Issue: 3.02 crore equity shares aggregating ₹480 crore
- Offer for Sale (OFS): 12.58 crore equity shares aggregating ₹2,000 crore
The IPO has been priced in the range of ₹151 to ₹159 per share.
Retail investors can bid for a minimum of 94 equity shares, requiring an investment of ₹14,946 at the upper end of the price band.

Reservation Details
The net issue has been reserved as follows:

The book-running lead manager to the issue is JM Financial Ltd., while MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd. has been appointed as the registrar.
