͏͏LG ͏Electronics India͏͏ IPO Retail and Employee Subscriptions
Retail investors applied for shares worth ₹12,003.99 crore against the 3,55,61,796 shares on offer, resulting in a subscription of 2.96 times. Employees participated at 6.22 times, applying for 13,11,011 shares against 2,10,728 shares available, indicating internal interest in the listing.
LG ͏Electronics India͏͏ IPO Institutional and High-Value Investor Participation
The NII category was subscribed 18.73 times, with bids above ₹10 lakh contributing 20.56 times and bids below ₹10 lakh at 15.06 times. QIBs, excluding anchor investors, received bids for 59,63,59,634 shares against 2,03,21,026 shares offered, reaching a subscription of 29.35 times. The anchor portion of the IPO was fully subscribed, raising ₹3,474.90 crore from 150 institutional participants, including SBI Mutual Fund, HDFC Mutual Fund, ICICI Prudential, Kotak Mahindra, Mirae Asset, Aditya Birla Sun Life, Fidelity, BlackRock, T. Rowe Price, and the Government of Singapore.
LG ͏Electronics India͏͏ IPO Details and Listing
LG ͏Electronics India͏͏ IPO opened on 7 October and closed on 9 October 2025, with a price band of ₹1,080-₹1,140 per share and a lot size of 13 shares. The issue is a full Offer for Sale by LG Electronics Inc., South Korea. Share allotment is scheduled for 10 October, with listing on the NSE and BSE set for 14 October 2025.
LG ͏Electronics India͏͏ IPO Financial Performance
LG Electronics India has shown consistent growth over the past three fiscal years. Operating revenue increased from ₹19,868 crore in FY23 to ₹24,366 crore in FY25, while net profit rose from ₹1,344.9 crore to ₹2,203.5 crore over the same period. Earnings per share for FY25 stood at ₹32.46.
