Mumbai, June 18: Liotech Industries IPO continued to attract investor interest on the second day of subscription, with the overall issue booked 0.24 times as of 11:24 AM on June 18, 2026. While the SME offering is yet to cross the fully subscribed mark, retail investors have shown greater participation than non-institutional bidders so far.

The ₹36.02 crore BSE SME issue opened for subscription on June 17, 2026, and will remain open until June 19, 2026. The fixed-price IPO is being offered at ₹321 per share and consists of a fresh issue as well as an offer-for-sale component.

According to exchange data available as of 11:24 AM on Day 2, the Liotech Industries IPO received bids for 2,57,600 shares against 10,64,000 shares available for subscription, resulting in an overall subscription of 0.24 times.

The retail investor category continued to account for the majority of applications received so far, while participation from the NII segment remained limited.

Retail Investors Continue to Drive Demand

Retail investors remained the most active participant group in the IPO.

The retail portion was subscribed 0.41 times, receiving bids for 2,16,000 shares against the 5,32,000 shares reserved for the category. Although the segment remains under-subscribed, demand has improved compared with the opening day.

With the issue entering its final phase, market participants will be watching whether retail interest gathers pace before the subscription window closes.

NII Portion Remains Muted

The non-institutional investor category was subscribed 0.08 times on Day 2.

The segment received bids for 41,600 shares against 5,32,000 shares allocated to NIIs. Demand from high-net-worth investors has so far remained limited, though SME IPO subscriptions can often see significant activity closer to the closing date.

Subscription Trend Improves From Day 1

The IPO has shown a gradual increase in participation since opening.

On June 17, 2026, the overall issue was subscribed 0.14 times, with the retail category subscribed 0.24 times and the NII segment 0.04 times.

By June 18, 2026, overall subscription had improved to 0.24 times, while retail and NII subscriptions rose to 0.41 times and 0.08 times, respectively.
