Mumbai, September 11: Maharaja & Speedex India IPO continued to receive bids on the second day of the subscription period. The ₹80.13 crore book-built issue comprises a fresh issue of 34.46 lakh shares worth ₹64.10 crore and an offer for sale of 8.62 lakh shares worth ₹16.03 crore.
The IPO opened on September 10 2026 and will close on September 15 2026. The price band has been fixed at ₹177 to ₹186 per share, with a lot size of 600 shares.

Brief Overview Of The IPO
Maharaja & Speedex India IPO is a ₹80.13 crore book-built issue comprising 43.08 lakh shares. The issue includes a fresh issue of 34.46 lakh shares aggregating to ₹64.10 crore and an offer for sale of 8.62 lakh shares aggregating to ₹16.03 crore.
The price band is ₹177 to ₹186 per share. The lot size is 600 shares, while the minimum application for individual investors is 1,200 shares, requiring ₹2,23,200 at the upper price. The minimum HNI application is three lots, or 1,800 shares, amounting to ₹3,34,800.
The IPO is scheduled to close on September 15 2026. The basis of allotment is expected on September 16, refunds and credit of shares are scheduled for September 17, and the shares are expected to list on the BSE SME platform on September 18 2026.
