Mumbai, September 15: Manika Plastech IPO is in its second day of bidding, with the issue scheduled to remain open until September 16, 2026. The bookbuilding issue has a total size of ₹125.50 crore and comprises a fresh issue of 2.15 crore shares worth ₹92.50 crore and an offer for sale of 76.74 lakh shares aggregating to ₹33 crore.

The IPO has a price band of ₹40 to ₹43 per share. By 5:29:59 PM on September 15, the issue had received bids for 17,84,35,956 shares against 2,04,30,233 shares offered to the public. The overall subscription stood at 8.73 times.

Retail investors led the reported categories with a subscription of 12.16 times. The NII portion was subscribed 11.30 times, while the QIB category stood at 0.82 times.

Brief Overview Of The IPO

Manika Plastech IPO is a bookbuilding issue of ₹125.50 crore. The issue comprises a fresh issue of 2.15 crore shares aggregating to ₹92.50 crore and an offer for sale of 76.74 lakh shares worth ₹33 crore.

The price band has been fixed at ₹40 to ₹43 per share, while the lot size is 348 shares. A retail investor can apply for a minimum of one lot, requiring an investment of ₹14,964 at the upper end of the price band.

The issue has allocated 50% of the total issue size to QIBs, 15% to NIIs and 35% to retail investors. Anchor investors account for 30% of the total issue size within the QIB allocation.

Pantomath Capital Advisors Pvt. Ltd. is the book-running lead manager, while MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd. is the registrar to the issue.
