Mumbai, September 11: The Manika Plastech IPO saw the issue receive bids exceeding the shares reserved for public subscription on the opening day. The ₹125.50 crore book-built IPO comprises a fresh issue of 2.15 crore shares aggregating to ₹92.50 crore and an offer for sale of 76.74 lakh shares worth ₹33 crore.

The IPO opened for subscription on September 11 and will close on September 16, 2026. The price band has been fixed at ₹40 to ₹43 per share.
