Mumbai, July 31:Manipal Health Enterprises IPO entered its final day of subscription on Friday, with investor participation gathering pace compared with the previous two sessions. While the ₹9,275.22 crore public issue was yet to be fully subscribed by late morning, demand strengthened across both retail and institutional categories as investors continued to place bids on the last day of the offer.
According to the latest exchange data available till 11:43 AM, the IPO was subscribed 0.56 times overall. The QIB (Ex Anchor) portion led demand with 0.72 times subscription, followed by the retail category at 0.59 times. The NII segment was subscribed 0.20 times, while the employee reservation stood out with 1.84 times subscription, making it the only category to cross the one-time mark so far.
Subscription trends have improved consistently over the three-day bidding period. Overall demand has climbed from 0.15 times on Day 1 to 0.47 times on Day 2, reaching 0.56 times by late morning on the final day. Investors will now watch whether stronger institutional and high-net-worth participation during the remaining trading hours pushes the issue closer to full subscription before bidding closes.

Retail investors can bid for a minimum of 25 shares, requiring an investment of ₹14,750 at the upper end of the price band.
Reservation Break-Up
The net issue has been allocated as follows:
- QIB: 11,77,14,612 shares (75%)
- NII: 2,35,42,922 shares (15%)
- Retail: 1,56,95,282 shares (10%)
The IPO also includes a reservation of 2,80,899 shares for employees, who are eligible for a ₹56 per share discount. Ahead of the public issue, the company raised ₹4,167.10 crore from anchor investors.
