New Delhi: Realty firm Meghna Infracon Infrastructure Ltd will develop a 2.8 lakh sq ft commercial projet in Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) with an estimated revenue of Rs 300 crore.

In a regulatory filing on Monday, the company said it has launched a 2.8 lakh sq ft commercial project ‘Meghna One’ with a revenue potential of Rs 300 crore at Wagle Estate, Thane.

The Mumbai-based company will develop premium office, retail and hospitality spaces in this project.
