New Delhi, October 28: Mercedes-Benz India has announced that it has partnered with Zoho to launch a new decentralised dealer management system (DMS) named ‘SKYLine’. The main aim for the launch is to improve customer experience and digitising the luxury automaker’s nationwide dealership network.
Complete Digital Transformation Across Dealerships
SKYLine is a product that is developed jointly by Mercedes-Benz India and Zoho. It integrates Mercedes-Benz’s IT infrastructure into a multi-instance architecture powered by Zoho CRM and Qntrl, which is Zoho’s workflow orchestration platform.
Mercedes-Benz India said that the partnership and the launch of SKYLine will help in digitising the entire service lifecycle. It will help digitising the entire process from booking and digital check-in to technician assignment and vehicle delivery. For this, it will use real-time data integration. Under the new setup, each Mercedes-Benz dealership in India will operate through its own dedicated Zoho CRM instance.
Management Commentary
Zoho CEO Mani Vembu stated: “Together, we have created a decentralised platform that gives each dealership autonomy while maintaining central control and real-time HQ integration,”.
