Mumbai, August 31: Complete Sports and Management IPO entered its second day of bidding on Monday, August 31, with investors continuing to place bids for the ₹74.93 crore issue. The IPO opened on August 28 and is scheduled to close on September 1.
The subscription response remained muted in the Day 2 update. At 12:09 PM on August 31, the issue was subscribed 0.12 times overall, based on bids received for 4.46 lakh shares against 36.91 lakh shares available to the public.
Retail investors had subscribed 0.15 times, while the NII category stood at 0.20 times. The QIB (Ex Anchor) portion continued to remain at 0.00 times in the latest update.
Complete Sports and Management has fixed the price band at ₹128 to ₹135 per share. The lot size is 1,000 shares, with the minimum retail application requiring 2,000 shares. At the upper price band, this comes to ₹2.70 lakh.
Complete Sports and Management IPO Subscription Details
The Complete Sports and Management IPO is a ₹74.93 crore bookbuilding issue consisting entirely of a fresh issue of 55.50 lakh shares.
The IPO opened for subscription on August 28 and will close on September 1, 2026. The company has fixed the issue price band at ₹128 to ₹135 per share.
For individual investors, the minimum application is two lots, or 2,000 shares. At the upper price of ₹135 per share, investors need ₹2.70 lakh to apply for the minimum retail bid. Additional applications can be made in multiples of 1,000 shares.
The issue has reserved 49.94% of the net issue for QIBs, 15.03% for NIIs and 35.03% for retail investors. Another 5.05% of the total issue has been reserved for the market maker.
The shares are proposed to list on the BSE SME platform, with September 4, 2026 set as the tentative listing date.

As of 12:09 PM on August 31, the IPO had received bids for 4,46,000 shares against 36,91,000 shares offered to the public. This resulted in an overall subscription of 0.12 times.
The individual investor category had received bids for 2,86,000 shares against 18,46,000 shares available, taking the retail subscription to 0.15 times.
The NII portion was subscribed 0.20 times, with bids received for 1,60,000 shares against 7,92,000 shares on offer.
Within the NII category, applications above ₹10 lakh were subscribed 0.24 times, while the portion for applications below ₹10 lakh stood at 0.12 times.
The QIB (Ex Anchor) category had not received any bids in the latest update and remained at 0.00 times.
The issue had received a total of 165 applications as of the Day 2 update.
Day-wise Subscription Details
The Complete Sports and Management IPO is currently open for subscription and will close on September 1. The latest numbers show that overall demand has remained below the number of shares available so far, although investors still have the remaining bidding session to participate.

Complete Sports and Management IPO Lot Size
Investors need to apply for a minimum of 2,000 shares, which is equivalent to two lots. Each lot contains 1,000 shares, and further bids can be placed in multiples of 1,000 shares.
At the upper price band of ₹135, one lot costs ₹1.35 lakh. Since retail investors need to apply for at least two lots, the minimum investment works out to ₹2.70 lakh.

Complete Sports and Management IPO Anchor Investors
Complete Sports and Management raised ₹21.32 crore from anchor investors before the IPO opened for public subscription. The anchor bidding took place on August 27, 2026.
A total of 15,79,000 shares were allotted to anchor investors. Half of these shares are subject to a 30-day lock-in, while the remaining shares carry a 90-day lock-in.
The 30-day anchor lock-in period ends on October 2, 2026. The lock-in period for the remaining shares ends on December 1, 2026.
