Mumbai, October 12: Mold-Tek Packaging Limited has approved a 1:1 bonus issue, allotting 3,32,28,914 new equity shares to eligible shareholders and doubling its paid-up equity share capital.

According to the company’s exchange filing dated October 12, 2026, the board approved the allotment by a resolution passed through circulation, following the recommendation of the board on August 26 and shareholder approval at the annual general meeting on September 21, 2026.

Under the 1:1 bonus issue, shareholders will receive one new fully paid-up equity share of ₹5 face value for every existing fully paid-up equity share of ₹5 held on the record date. The company has not specified the record date in the provided disclosure.

Stock Market Snapshot

The Mold-Tek Packaging share price stood at ₹328.35 as of 9:44:28 AM IST on October 12, 2026, according to the market data.

The stock was up ₹2.00, or 0.61%, at the time. Shares moved above ₹327 during the morning session before trading at ₹328.35 in the latest reported update.

The share price movement came on the day the company disclosed the bonus share allotment.

Paid-Up Equity Share Capital Doubles

The total number of equity shares will rise from 3,32,28,914 to 6,64,57,828, with each share carrying a face value of ₹5. The newly allotted bonus shares will rank pari passu with the existing equity shares, making them eligible for dividends and other corporate benefits declared after the allotment.

Conclusion

Mold-Tek Packaging’s 1:1 bonus issue will double its paid-up equity share capital and the number of outstanding shares, with 3.32 crore new shares allotted under the approved corporate action.

The new shares will rank equally with existing equity shares for dividends and other corporate benefits declared after allotment. The company disclosed the development under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.
